Cancellation policies vary depending on the session type booked:

Classes and courses: due to paying for the field/ venue in advance, refunds cannot be issued if cancellations are made within 7 days of the class date as it means it's highly unlikely we can fill the space.
We will, in all instances, try to fill the space and if this is the case, a refund will be issued minus a £5 admin fee.

One-to-one's: To reschedule your session, please contact Emma. Refunds or rescheduling for cancellations will be processed if I am notified at least 24 hours before the booking. Inside of 24 hrs, a 50% refund will be processed and new booking will be required.
I love to take pictures of the dogs I work with, but I understand that not every dog owner is happy with this. I do post photographs of walks and training sessions on my Facebook page to keep others updated on the type of services I provide. If you would rather I didn’t do one or either of these, please let me know. Unless notified to the contrary along with this document, by agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, you give Embark Dog Training permission to publish in print, electronic, or video format the likeness or image of you and/or your dog. You release all claims against Embark Dog Training with respect to privacy rights, publicity rights, copyright ownership and publication, including any claim for compensation related to use of the materials.
By booking a place on this social walk, training or behaviour service, it is assumed that you agree to the above terms and conditions.
