Ferne Animal Sanctuary, Wambrook, Chard TA20 3DH This is an opportunity for your dog to have a go at some OUTSIDE searches at Ferne Animal Sanctuary. The Sanctuary is open to the public and there may be dogs being walked around the sanctuary whilst we are there, therefore your dog will need to be onlead and under control at all times. Your dog may also need to spend some time in your car when not searching. I can confirm this nearer the time. We will be moving around the sanctuary from search area to search area as a group of handlers and dogs, so this may not be suitable for dogs who struggle in the presence of strange dogs and new people. Please bring: - A lightweight chair that you can carry from search area to search area - A flat collar, flat-handled lead and longer lead for your dog when searching (approx 3m) - water and water bowl - lots of rewards for your dog - drinks and snacks for yourself Please let me know which scent your dogs searches for. Unfortunately, I cannot use edible finds.
