Service Description
PLEASE NOTE: when you arrive, please wait outside on the grass for me to come and get you, rather than knocking on the door as I may still have a client with me. Please ensure you have read the Embark Dog Training Terms and Conditions before booking https://www.embarkdogtrainer.co.uk/embark-terms-and-conditions For some canine behavioural problems it may be necessary for me to visit you and your dog at you home address, which may mean your booking date or time may have to change. It may also be necessary for me to refer you to a clinical or Veterinary Behaviourist. If you would like to discuss this prior to booking, please contact me on embarkdogtrainer@gmail.com

Cancellation Policy
You can RESCHEDULE your session at any time up to 24 hours prior to the session yourself online. You can CANCEL your session at any time, but please be aware that I will not be able to offer a refund or rescedule for requests made within 24 hours of your booked slot. If you would like to reschedule your session within 24 hours of your booked slot, I'm afraid a new fully paid booking will have to be made. The same applies for not attending a booked session. If a refund is issued, please be aware that transaction fees will be deducted from the refund total.
