Service Description
PLEASE NOTE: when you arrive, please wait outside on the grass for me to come and get you, rather than knocking on the door as I may still have a client with me. Please ensure you have read the Embark Dog Training Terms and Conditions before booking https://www.embarkdogtrainer.co.uk/embark-terms-and-conditions For some canine behavioural problems it may be necessary for me to visit you and your dog at you home address, which may mean your booking date or time may have to change. It may also be necessary for me to refer you to a clinical or Veterinary Behaviourist. If you would like to discuss this prior to booking, please contact me on embarkdogtrainer@gmail.com

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and rescheduling: To cancel your session, please contact Emma. Refunds or rescheduling for cancellations will be processed if I am notified at least 24 hours before the booking. I CANNOT OFFER REFUNDS IF A CANCELLATION IS MADE INSIDE 24 HOURS OF YOUR BOOKING as it is unlikely I will be able to fill the space.
