Please bring with you: - Dog's bed or mat for 'stay' and 'send to bed' - Your dog's microchip information - Your dog's vaccination card - Water and water bowl - Flat collar and clip lead (no flexi-leads of tightening collars please) - Food or toy rewards

Cancellation Policy
You can RESCHEDULE your session at any time up to 24 hours prior to the session yourself online. You can CANCEL your session at any time, but please be aware that I will not be able to offer a refund or rescedule for requests made within 24 hours of your booked slot. If you would like to reschedule your session within 24 hours of your booked slot, I'm afraid a new fully paid booking will have to be made. The same applies for not attending a booked session. If a refund is issued, please be aware that transaction fees will be deducted from the refund total.
